Main track:
- March 11th: receive submissions
- April 22-23: Program Committee meeting
- April 29th: send acceptance notification to authors
Presentations:
- Two/Three weeks after PC Meeting: receive submissions
- Three weeks after that(?): send acceptance notification to authors
Keynote Targets:
- Have tentative keynote speaker by December 30.
- January 16: confirm keynote, or begin new keynote search.
Workshop Insights Targets:
- November 29th: liaise with workshop chair about how this session should take shape.
Film Fest Targets:
- November 29th: compile a list of publicity venues.
- December 6th: send out film fest publicity to the venues.
- December 20th:
- compile a list of individuals for special solicitation.
- send out special solicitations for films.
- May 15th: receive submissions
- April 29th: send acceptance notification to filmmakers
Breakthrough Ideas:
- January 3: compile a list of individuals for special solitication
- January 10: send out special solicitations for individuals
- March 15th: collect submissions
- April 4th: send responses to authors (with shepherding advice)
